Since 2018, Balenciaga has partnered with the World Food Programme (WFP) on projects that aim to both amplify global need for life-saving humanitarian action and financially support food assistance. In May of 2026, the partnership continues with a new series of co-branded products. Twenty percent of proceeds will be donated to WFP’s operations.
As the largest humanitarian organization working to end hunger, WFP closely monitors events that cause famine and displacement. With a presence in more than 120 countries and territories, they support vulnerable populations around the world, responding to both long-term and immediate needs via on-the-ground support for people recovering from conflict, natural disasters, economic precarity, and the impacts of climate change.

For the 2026 series, an explanation of the partnership is printed on the backs of zip-up hoodies, T-shirts, and cropped T-shirts. The capsule as well includes pajama shirts and pants, sweat shorts, and embroidered baseball caps, each in Balenciaga grey with black detailing, or white on navy. Several specially designed logomarks—placed mid-chest or breast pocket, on biceps or thighs, on all sides of the head and at the edge of a bill—combine the emblems of each entity. The primary material of these products contains at least fifty percent organic cotton.
