Gift packaging is by request, complimentary, and plastic-free. The service adds a ribbon and optional personalized card to primary packaging—which includes a dustbag, reusable garment bag with hanger, specialized envelope, or case, depending on the product, inside a sturdy box and shopper, each boldly marked at its center with a Balenciaga logo.
To avoid any occurrence of color transfer, we recommend that you avoid putting it in direct contact with clothing or other surfaces in contrasting colors.
If this product has metal components, we recommend protecting those from liquids, harsh chemicals, and sudden impact against hard surfaces.
To care for this product, gently rub any residue off with a soft, dry, natural-colored cloth. If it comes into contact with liquids, pat it immediately and leave it to dry in fresh air.
