Sneakers D'Orsay per Uomo

Balenciaga continues to evolve the athleisure landscape with its high tech, slip-on D’Orsay Sneaker—inspired by the elegantly asymmetrical form of a classic d’Orsay shoe—unveiled during the Winter 26 Collection runway show, ClairObscur.

The new sneaker reconceptualizes an athletic archetype, juxtaposing sport materials with a d’Orsay silhouette. Featuring elasticated neoprene front-andinner arch panels, parts of each pair are constructed in contrasting colors, with slight variances in design details that further differentiate a right and a left foot.

Meticulously shaped pieces of bi-color mesh, translucent accents, and multi-layer rubber forms are dynamically arranged, resulting in a synergetic exchange between two unique entities. This fluid energy culminates at the sole, an articulated, interlocking form expressing momentum and complementary action.

Logomarks are embroidered on both neoprene openings, printed on back pull tabs, embossed among each curving outsole’s tread, and debossed on the left toe cap only. In keeping with a Balenciaga tradition, a numerical shoe size is shown on the shoe’s exterior, in this case on the right toe cap—another bold contrast between feet, equally balanced.
