This Balenciaga product is equipped with an RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) tag to enhance the authenticity verification process and provide exceptional after-sales client support. The tag contains a unique identification number, along with details regarding the product's manufacturing and logistics history. Through the use of RFID readers at various stages of inventory management and within select stores, Balenciaga can access essential information, including production dates and where the final product
was sold. The RFID tag does not carry, keep, transmit, or link to any personal information that could identify individual clients, nor does it allow remote tracking of the product's location after purchase.
This product is also equipped with an NFC (Near-Field Communication) chip that offers additional information and services. Content developed by Balenciaga associated with the product is accessible via a smart device hovered near the chip.

PREMILARY INSTRUCTIONS
Ensure that the device is compatible with NFC technology (most phones running Android, iPhone 6 and newer), that it is connected to the internet, and that its NFC option is enabled. Physical barriers such as phone cases might block a signal between the device and the NFC chip. If experiencing difficulty scanning, remove any encasements or holders. No apps, such as a camera app, need to be opened.

DIRECTIONS
Hover the back of the device near the tag located inside the inner seam of the product. If the scan does not immediately register, try touching the back of the device to the tag or moving it side to side or in small circles. Note: It may take a few seconds to process the NFC information. A banner should appear at the top of the device’s screen. Tap the banner to open the link.
