This Balenciaga product is made of genuine pony-hair calfskin: leather on which the fur has remained intact and expertly shorn to produce a refined, velvety texture that gains character with wear. To best maintain its integrity, avoid contact with rough materials and hard edges, which may mar or scratch the product's surface.
To care for this product, wipe it with a soft, dry, natural-colored cloth. If it comes into contact with liquids, wipe it immediately and leave it to dry in fresh air. Do not use neutral or aggressive chemicals to clean. Do not machine wash. Instead, we recommend seeing a cleaning specialist. Do not expose this product to direct sources of heat or sunlight for prolonged periods. After each use, we advise keeping it in its pouch and box
to protect it from light, dust, and moisture. To preserve their original shape, fill shoes with white tissue paper.
