BOLERO BAGS FOR WOMEN

The Balenciaga Bolero bag, the first handbag designed by Pierpaolo Piccioli for Balenciaga, debuted at the Summer 2026 collection in Paris. This luxury women’s handbag embodies the House’s leather goods heritage, featuring architectural volumes inspired by Balenciaga’s archives. Named after the traditional Spanish bolero jacket—an emblem of Cristóbal Balenciaga’s iconic style—the Bolero reflects a refined yet contemporary design vision.

Characterized by its wide, minimalist silhouette, the Bolero bag features a distinctive circular zip closure that opens the bag like an oyster, along with a zipped exterior pocket for added functionality. Designed for versatility, it can be worn under the arm as a clutch, carried in the crook of the elbow, or styled crossbody thanks to its ergonomic shape, dual handles, and removable shoulder strap.

Finished with four metallic B emblems showcasing Balenciaga’s new institutional logo, the Bolero bag is available in medium and mini sizes. Crafted from smooth leather in black, curry, quartz pink, and cream, it is lined with suede calfskin and accented with gold-tone hardware.
