Return Policy for Online Purchases
Balenciaga wants to ensure your complete satisfaction. For Balenciaga online purchases, we will accept merchandise not worn, used or damaged, with an intact security tag, for a full refund when accompanied by the original sales receipt. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as payment. Merchandise must be returned via mail to the online boutique only within 30 days from date of delivery, and shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that a different return policy may be applicable for in-store purchases. Instructions for returning merchandise are included with each shipment and provide that merchandise must be shipped back to the Balenciaga online boutique address following the easy steps described in the return guidelines. Upon receipt of the merchandise, every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund and an email notification will be sent once the return has been processed.
