Product Availability

Balenciaga products available for purchase online are subject to availability. As necessary, we reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply, supply only part of an order or divide up orders. We also reserve the right to alter the terms or duration of any special offers or sale promotion. We will inform you if we are unable to fill your order. Each client may make online purchases of up to three items per style, unless otherwise stated. If you would like to purchase additional quantities, a Balenciaga sales associate will be pleased to assist you via email at customercare@us.balenciaga.com.

 

Please note the following product availability descriptions:

  • Available Now: Products are currently being held in stock and are ready to ship.
  • Available, up to 30-day delivery: Products are available for purchase. However, the items have not yet arrived at our stock and therefore are not ready to be shipped. You can secure your purchase now but you will be billed only upon shipment of the merchandise.
  • Out of Stock: Products are currently unavailable, and will most likely not be available in the future.
