  1. 1. Does Balenciaga online shop ship internationally?
    Our online shop ships only to destinations within the United States. To find a Balenciaga store outside of the U.S., please visit our Store Locator page for international locations and contact information.
  2. 2. Does Balenciaga online shop accept international credit cards?
    We do not accept international credit cards. In order to purchase a product from our online shop your credit card must be issued in the United States.
  3. 3. Why was my card denied by the processor but still charged $2?
    The $2 charges that have been debited from your account are pre-authorization charges that will be credited automatically to your account within 5 to 7 business days.
  4. 4. Where can I send my bag for a repair?
    Balenciaga offers repair service for Balenciaga products purchased online. Please send an email to customercare@us.balenciaga.com explaining your repair request. We will inform you on the best way to proceed. For products purchased in a Balenciaga store as well as outside stores, we kindly advise you to contact the store directly and an associate will be glad to assist you.
  5. 5. When will my order ship?
    Please allow one to two business days to process your order for shipment, in addition to the time indicated by your preferred shipping method. Orders placed after 2:30 PM on Friday will ship on Monday at the earliest.
  6. 6. What are the delivery time and costs?
    The delivery is handled by UPS. Shipment and deliveries occur only on week day. A signature is required upon delivery.
